Biomechanics Assessment

Are your ankles or feet giving you pain?

We can help diagnose your problem by firstly reviewing your medical history and then visually examining your musculo-skeletal structure for irregularities and how they relate to your walking pattern (gait).

We will talk to you about the best way to manage your symptoms. This may include footwear advice, the fitting of customised insoles (foot orthoses) and exercises.

We assess and care for:

  • ‘Flat’ or pronating feet

  • Highly arched feet

  • Shin Splints

  • Achilles tendinopathy

  • Severs disease

  • Gout

  • Morton’s Neuroma

  • Policeman’s Heel

  • Plantar Fasciitis

  • Joint hypermobility

  • Rheumatic, Arthritic and other chronic joint deformities

If your case is complex, Penny is able to provide onward referral to a specialist
